Purpose

Results-driven Customer Service Representative with 3+ years of experience in the OTR logistics sector, skilled in track-and-trace, issue resolution, and client communication. Seeking to leverage strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset to ensure seamless freight delivery, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning, logistics, and production teams.
• Provide updates on order status, shipping, and delivery schedules.
• Support customer QBRS, visits, and quality-related communications.
• Prepare reports and analysis to support account performance and KPIs.
• Promote continuous improvement in customer service processes
