Role Description
We are seeking a Key Account Manager with solid experience in the fashion and apparel industry to lead the company's commercial strategy with key clients, strengthen customer relationships, expand the portfolio, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
This position requires strategic vision, leadership, and strong knowledge of the fashion, streetwear, or sportswear markets, including multiple sales channels : wholesale, retail, and e-commerce.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's commercial plan with a focus on growth and profitability.
- Manage and guide the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
- Prospect and develop new clients and markets in B2B and B2C channels (wholesale, multi-brand, digital).
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales volume, average order value, margin, and conversion.
- Lead strategic negotiations with major accounts, defining commercial policies, discounts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, collection launches, and participation in trade shows or showrooms.
- Analyze collection performance, providing insights to support product development aligned with market demand.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Track market and competitor trends, anticipating opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Sourcing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure synergy in the commercial cycle.
- Prepare sales forecasts and management reports for senior leadership.
- Oversee order management and delivery performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields.At least 4 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager.Strong skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and team management.Experience working with sales targets and delivering measurable results.Solid knowledge of sales channels (wholesale, retail, e-commerce) and fashion consumer behavior.Availability for national and international travel.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong conflict management and ability to handle complex negotiations.Fluent English (mandatory).Spanish (native).What We Offer
