Account Manager - Mexico City (field-based)
Hartmann Young is partnered with a longstanding global client in IVD, who are looking to grow their team in LATAM with an Account Manager based in Mexico City, to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across Mexico.
The role
- Grow revenue and market share within the Mexico territory;
- Develop and execute product launch and market plans;
- Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and opinion leaders;
- Support adoption of new technologies in hospitals and labs;
- Provide market intelligence and accurate reporting;
- Collaborate with international sales, marketing, and technical teams.
The person
University degree with 5+ years in medical device sales;Strong track record in diagnostics or laboratory products;Knowledge of the IVD market in Mexico;Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;Fluent in English & Spanish;Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and some international).We’re looking for a results-driven professional with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term customer partnerships.
