Job title : Billing Coordinator
Schedule : Monday to Friday PST
We are seeking a detail oriented and flexible Billing Coordinator to join our billing team. You will play a key role in preparing and submitting invoices, managing multiple client accounts, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit invoices through client portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
- Manage billing cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and customized)
- Communicate with branch offices to gather missing billing details; escalate through Teams or calls when urgent
- Track purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and follow up with clients / branches
- Manage multiple accounts
- Maintain organized spreadsheets, billing calendars, and reports in Excel
- Participate in client or branch calls to resolve billing questions or complaints
- Support subvendor billing processes when required, handling sensitive data with confidentiality
