About the Role
As a Sr. Account Manager for Uber Eats, you’ll work with some of our most strategic enterprise partners to drive growth across cities and regions. You’ll lead key relationships, build joint business plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock new opportunities. This role blends commercial strategy with hands-on execution—and gives you the chance to make a measurable impact on the business.
You’ll partner with stakeholders at all levels, influence decision-making, and help shape long-term priorities for Uber Eats’ enterprise portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow strategic relationships with enterprise partners by co-creating joint business plans
Identify growth opportunities using data, insights, and market trends
Collaborate across teams including Marketing, Ops, Product, and Finance to launch high-impact initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, supporting performance tracking, communications, and business reviews
Lead contract negotiations and develop strategic roadmaps to guide long-term success
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Experience in account management, commercial strategy, or consulting roles
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with experience building executive-ready materials
Comfort navigating complex negotiations and high-visibility partnerships
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Ability to build trust with partners and align internal teams toward shared outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally to deliver commercial strategies and business plans
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing both strategic planning and execution for multiple accounts
Ability to lead without authority and influence across functions
