Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of Parking and People Access Systems.
Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service to our customers while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- System Installation : Install, configure, and implement Parking and People Access Systems (HW & SW) in line with industry standards.
- Preventive Maintenance : Deliver routine maintenance for installed systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Support : Provide 1st & 2nd level customer support via hotline, on-site, or remote as part of on-duty operations.
- Customer Training : Conduct training sessions for key users to ensure they understand the system's capabilities and features.
- Solutions Analysis : Analyze customer needs for modernization or extensions and define optimal solutions.
- IT Integration : Assist IT with the integration of third-party applications to enhance system functionality.
- Education : Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience : Minimum 2 years in technical service roles, preferably within automation, electrical systems, access control, or CCTV.
- Skills : Proven expertise in IT and network systems, software deployment, and hotline support.
- Language Skills : Fluent Spanish language skills are required, and basic English understanding is a plus but not mandatory.
- Travel Requirements : Willingness to travel up to 75% is necessary for this role.
