What you’ll do :

• TLead and manage the machining team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts, meeting cost and safety standards while maintaining operational excellence.
• Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and procurement processes, ensuring smooth coordination of materials, process and final deliveries.
• Drive cost reduction and lead time improvement initiatives using APS tools, strategic planning, and continuous process optimization.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, development plans, and structured team management aligned with organizational goals.
