How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage the human and material resources of the responsible area.

Ensure compliance with established quality standards; achieve compliance

with equipment delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.

Ensure the proper use and operation of the machines and devices used in

the process, following an ongoing staff training program.

Ensure compliance with the established indicators for the area through

periodic monitoring : compliance with the production plan, overtime, time

notification, inventory, maintenance, among others.

Responsibility for complying with and / or enforcing the protocols,

policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current Integrated Management

System (EHS, Quality). – Mandatory for all positions in Mexico

What You Bring

University degree : Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering,

Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Professional Experience : 1 year of experience in an industrial

manufacturing and assembly process environment.

Technical Knowledge : Interpretation of mechanical and electrical

drawings, knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and industrial

equipment, SAP management, knowledge of lean processes and manufacturing, etc.

Skills / Competencies : Assertive communication, creativity and innovation,

risk management, emotional intelligence, etc.

About the Team

The selected person will work jointly with the

Company's Factory Management, commercial and technical teams and other support

areas of the Company.
