We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on cold outreach via LinkedIn and email. This is a hands-on role : you’ll be building prospect lists, crafting personalized messages, and running outreach campaigns with the goal of booking qualified discovery calls for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
- Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email to engage decision-makers.
- Personalize connection requests, follow-ups, and outreach sequences to improve conversion.
- Qualify leads and set up discovery calls for the sales team.
- Track all activities in the CRM and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.
- Hit weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume, responses, and booked meetings.
Requirements
Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound lead generation role.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.Strong written communication and copywriting skills.Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.).Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Nice-to-Haves
Experience targeting executives or enterprise-level clients.Knowledge of A / B testing and optimizing outreach sequences.Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
