Tax Manager

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and implement robust tax plans and compliance frameworks
• Oversee timely filing of tax returns (ISR, VAT, ISAN, and more)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tax strategies with business goals
• Conduct daily income reconciliations and manage VAT matching
• Monitor SAT communications and handle customs declarations
• Lead tax audits, respond to authority inquiries, and manage notifications
• Provide expert guidance on tax planning and risk mitigation
• Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

✅ Strong knowledge of SAT web and Mexican tax regulations

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)

✅ Experience leading finance teams and managing complex tax operations
