This role

Join one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in Latin America as our Sr. Tax Manager for Mexico.

You’ll be the company’s senior authority on Mexican tax compliance and strategy — leading our relationship with the SAT, overseeing our outsourced tax compliance provider, and ensuring we remain fully compliant while supporting our growth.

This is not a back-office compliance role — it’s a strategic, high-visibility position where you’ll partner with product, legal, and finance leaders to shape how new products and business initiatives are structured from a tax perspective. You’ll anticipate changes in tax law, manage risks, and advise senior leadership on the best path forward.

Responsibilities

Lead Tax Compliance for Mexico

• Oversee all statutory tax obligations in Mexico (income tax, VAT, payroll taxes, etc.) by managing and reviewing the work of our outsourced tax provider.
• Ensure timely, accurate filings and payments, with zero compliance gaps.
