We're hiring a seasoned recruitment expert to lead our team in attracting top IT and engineering talent.
In this role, you'll play a key part in managing full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles, with a strong focus on IT (Technology) and ENG (Engineering) profiles.
You will identify and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms, partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies, implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in the job market, build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles, conduct interviews, assessments, and salary negotiations, and optimize recruitment processes through the analysis of key metrics.
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in attracting IT and Engineering talent, experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), advanced English language skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
