MISSION

To lead the delivery of high quality, consistent and customer-centric services by ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment and continuous improvement across all service delivery functions.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Develops and implements service delivery strategy in alignment with Plants, Transport Competency Center business goals; Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional service delivery team to ensure the highest standards of performance.

Continuously evaluate and optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve internal customer satisfaction.

CORE SKILLS

Proficiency in ERP systems, familiarity with process automation tools, and knowledge of quality control systems.

Proficiency in forecasting models, expertise in logistics analytics tools.

Expertise in financial analysis software, familiarity with budgeting platforms, and advanced reporting tools.

Problem-solving, leadership, operational knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Analytical and forecasting skills, attention to detail, knowledge of fleet operations.

Financial acumen, data analysis, cost management, and reporting skills.

EDUCATION

Degree in operations management or engineering, with hands-on experience in industrial settings.

Training in capacity planning and optimization, experience with transport and network design management software.

Degree in finance or supply chain, training in budget creation and cost analysis, proficiency in Excel or similar tools.

8-10 years of experience in automotive and / or transportation management.
