Supply Chain It Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with a strong background in project management and business analysis.

This hybrid role requires expertise in managing IT projects, analyzing business requirements, and driving solutions that optimize demand planning and supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with JIRA for project tracking,SQL for data analysis, and a deep understanding of business processes within supply chain management.Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.Utilize JIRA to create and manage projects, track progress, generate reports, and facilitate agile workflows.Develop and execute SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data for decision-making and process improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and supply chain, to enhance efficiency and productivity.Drive demand planning initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize forecasting and inventory management.Provide regular report-outs on project status, key milestones, and business impact to stakeholders and leadership.Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements in supply chain operations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT project management and business analysis.Required Skills & Qualifications : Fluent English Communication either written and verbal.Proven track record of managing complex IT projects, utilizing methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.Hands-on experience using JIRA for project setup, management, reporting, and agile workflow implementation.Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics processes.Ability to engage and collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.Adept at troubleshooting challenges, identifying root causes, and driving innovative solutions.Preferred Qualifications : Experience Level : 9–12 YearsCertifications in PMP, CBAP, or Agile methodologies.Experience with SAP ECC system, supply chain software.Other Requirements : This position's location is in Monterrey N.L.
