Mission
Deliver against performance ambitions & KPI.
Manage with excellence regional transport short term planning & execution activities for road freight domestic & international, sea freight and air freight.
Build and manage Operational Planning & Execution team in Mexico
Contribute to the TCT successful implementation and train his successor in this role within 2 years.
Main Activities
Train and coach, the TCT Operational & Execution team in executing best in class operations.
Develop planning and operations procedures based on automotive Best Practice
Optimize transport operation, considering costs, service & lead time requirements
Monitor relevant KPIs and implement improvements in the operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations including customs and global trade.
Collaborate & Support Freight Audit, Tactical Planning and Service Support team.
Collaborate with Transport Procurement & Carrier Management to ensure all milestones are up to date on time.
Manage escalated issues.
Implement and apply logistics policies & procedures.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in logistics or similar; Excellent knowledge of logistics processes, team management skills.
10-12 years' experience in Automotive Control Towers (shipper and / or 4PL) with successful track record of hands-on physical transport operations & direct team management
