The role will primarily collaborate with stakeholders across Field Sales, Sales Operations, Quality, Finance, Pricing, Legal etc.
Its core purpose is to manage information and support various activities related to the customer, e.g., onboarding, data gathering, fulfilling sample requests, managing technical and regulatory documents, and reporting.
This role provides opportunities for developing client-related skills, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to various aspects of sales and customer management, making it attractive for career growth and advancement.Key Responsibilities IncludeCollaborating with sales teams across different segments to understand their needs and provide supportCoordinating tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projectsGenerating consolidated reports, conducting sales performance analysis, and providing insights to the sales teams and management.Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across different sales teams to evaluate the effectiveness of sales support activitiesSubmit and track all customer technical and regulatory requestsCoordinate and follow up on sample requestsManage customer portals and handle required changesPrepare customer reportsAbout YouProficient / Advanced in EnglishProficient in Salesforce (dashboards, reporting, data management) & SAP (query creations)Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel, creation of macros desirable.Exceptional data organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy2-6 years of prior work experience in a similar or related fieldDesirable strong experience and knowledge in customer handling and sales managementDesirable strong working knowledge of data administration / management tools (e.g., SAP ERP, Salesforce)Proven track record of on-time delivery, great communication and organizational skills, and identifying and championing new initiativesWhat You Can Expect From Barry CallebautCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageEnvironment that welcomes workplace flexibilityAn atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
