What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Sales teams to understand customer requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations Virtual and in-person—tailored to client needs.
- Translate business requirements into solution configurations and articulate how Neeyamo’s platform addresses them.
- Support proposal and RFP responses , ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with Neeyamo’s capabilities.
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product features, payroll regulations, and HR technology trends in Latin America.
- Contribute to go-to-market efforts by providing market feedback and enhancing sales collateral.

Bilingual – fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).Excellent communicator who can simplify complex ideas and engage with executive-level audiences.Analytical and structured , with a knack for problem-solving and solution articulation.Customer-centric , collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.What You Bring
Strong presentation and demo delivery skills (experience with platforms like Zoom, Teams, or live demos).Understanding of global HR, payroll, or workforce solutions is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional global team.
