You’ll join a client’s revenue team via the graph8 platform and act as the first line of pipeline creation. Day-to-day you’ll run targeted outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn) and book qualified meetings. You’ll collaborate with the client’s AE / RevOps and graph8 Growth Managers, use our AI-powered tools, and iterate quickly.
Outcomes (what “great” looks like)
- Meetings set : 12–25 qualified meetings / month (client-specific target set at onboarding).
- Reply rate : ≥ 6–12% on cold email sequences for defined ICPs.
- Show rate : ≥ 75% show on booked meetings (with confirmation / no-show recovery).
- Data hygiene : 100% of touches synced and dispositioned in CRM + graph8.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Research : Build / refine target lists by ICP, persona, and triggers using client tools + graph8 data.Multi-channel Outreach : Execute call blocks, personalized emails, and LinkedIn steps with clear daily volume goals.Qualification : Run crisp discovery to BANT / MEDA-ish criteria and document context for hand-off.Appointment Setting : Book and confirm discovery calls / demos, manage reschedules, and prevent no-shows.Messaging & Experimentation : A / B test subject lines, first lines, CTAs; share weekly learnings with Growth Manager.CRM Operations : Maintain accurate fields / stages / activities in Salesforce / HubSpot and graph8 tracking.Reporting : Provide weekly rollups : adds → sends → replies → positives → meetings → shows → SQLs.You’ll collaborate closely with the client’s sales and marketing teams (as well as graph8 Growth Managers) to execute effective outreach strategies and generate sales meetings. This unique arrangement means your role is linked to the client’s subscription on our platform – you’ll enjoy day-to-day involvement with the client’s business, and the client has the option to hire you directly onto their team at any time .
Compensation & Engagement
Comp structure : Target annual earnings $24–34k OTE (50% base, 50% variable).Base and performance pay are billed through the graph8 platform ; variable is uncapped and client-plan dependent.Monthly-retainer model : No hourly billing. Compensation is aligned to the client subscription and agreed monthly targets.Conversion path : Clients may convert you to their payroll at any time (standard buy-out / notice terms apply).Contract type : Remote contractor; align to Eastern Time collaboration windows.Career Path : SDRs on graph8 are benchmarked into four tiers (1–4) based on experience and performance. As you grow, you can move up tiers with higher earnings, more complex client engagements, and potential transition to AE or in-house roles.Note : Engagement is tied to the client’s active subscription. If a client ends their subscription, the role on that project ends; graph8 may re-bench and re-staff you to new clients based on performance.

Tier 1 (Scripted Producer) : Entry-level (0–1 year). Executes high-volume cadences with coaching.Tier 2 (Independent Producer) : 1–2 years SDR / BDR experience. Runs own pipeline across channels.Tier 3 (Optimizer) : 2–3+ years. Data-driven, runs experiments, improves reply rates week-over-week.Tier 4 (Strategist / Coach) : 3–5+ years.
