We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Manager – LATAM to lead and scale our operations across the region. This role is 80% operations-focused, with responsibility for resource management, workforce planning, employee engagement, HR, HR compliance, and strategic growth. They must be adept at building and inspiring high-performing teams, driving compliance and retention, and cultivating trusted long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

People, HR & Resource Management
Oversee all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.
Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
Represent the company at local and regional events, forums, and client meetings.
Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams for seamless cross-functional workflows.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to regional / global leadership.
Adapt and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives.
Support budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
Provide local market intelligence to inform global strategic decisions.
Experience : 8–12 years in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT / Consulting sector.
People & HR Management : Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance , with measurable improvement in retention.
Strategic & Operational Skills : Ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational and delivery plans, while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Spanish and Portuguese proficiency are strong advantages.
Technical Tools : Familiarity with CRM systems, business management platforms, and performance reporting tools.
