We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Talent Acquisition team and drive top-tier talent acquisition across North America.

This role offers the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate and lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services across the Americas region.

This role reports to the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition and oversees a team of 6 Talent Acquisition Analysts.
