Ingredion is seeking a dynamic Supervisor, Talent Acquisition to lead a team of analysts and deliver top-tier talent across North America. This role offers the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.
As a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, you will coordinate and lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services across the Americas region.
This role reports to the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition and oversees a team of 6 Talent Acquisition Analysts.
What will you do :
- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Analysts to meet hiring goals and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment practices.
- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to align talent acquisition with broader organizational goals.
What you will bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.Fluency in English and Spanish.Who you are :
