This role offers the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment. As a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, you will coordinate and lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services across the Americas region. This role reports to the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition and oversees a team of 6 Talent Acquisition Analysts. What will you do : Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Analysts to meet hiring goals and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process. Support diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment practices. Partner with HR and other stakeholders to align talent acquisition with broader organizational goals. What you will bring : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools. Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization. Fluency in English and Spanish.
