Build a comprehensive client database, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management. Closely monitor national policies, regulations, and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with local suppliers, installation service providers, and other resources to optimize supply chain processes and ensure efficient product delivery and installation services. Recruit suitable talents and expand the local sales team as well as the technical service team, leveraging personal capabilities or resources and collaborating with the headquarters team.
