Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketer who’s just as comfortable editing videos as they are building campaigns and funnels. You’ll combine video editing, AI-powered content creation, and digital marketing execution to grow a fast-moving coaching and personal development brand.

This role is about creating, executing, and optimizing . From video content to paid campaigns, you’ll help us reach more people and turn attention into conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Video Editing

• Edit and repurpose short- and long-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
• Use AI tools (Opus Clip, Descript, CapCut, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to enhance scripting, editing, copy, captions, and workflows.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and track performance.
