Your key responsibilities will include :
- Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) function, acting as the main HR point of contact for the trade marketing team
- Spend 30-40% of the time in the field, observing operations and applying coaching & feedback methodologies
- Manage core HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, labor relations, and performance management.
- Drive Talent Management & Development (TMD) initiatives and analyze HR KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and support HR strategies while being open to national and international travel, including stays of up to 1–3 weeks.
- End Market implementation of the Global Learning & Development agenda :
- Develops, delivers and facilitates innovative local learning interventions that respond to local business demands.
- Evaluates all learning and development activities. Such evaluation should seek to cover Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Results.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related fieldCandidates with at least 6 months and up to 18 months of professional experience.Recent graduates (graduation from June 2024 to June 2025).Fluent in English (advanced level)Advance levels in MS Office Programs.Experience in the FMCG industry is desirableMust be open to national and international mobilityIntercultural competencies from international experience or personal background are desirableA valid driver’s license is requiredIf you’re the type of person who always gives their all, this program is the right fit for you.
