Accounting Clerk

About Us :

HeadQuarters is a global start-up that supports US cannabis companies in finance, sales, operations, and logistics. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Accounting Clerk with expertise in Accounts Payable to join our team.

Working hours :   9 am - 5 pm PST (6 pm - 2 am Serbian time zone).

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable :

• Review, code, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders (PO) and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations to ensure accurate balances.
• Prepare and schedule regular payment runs (ACH, checks, wires).
• Review and record employee expenses in accordance with company policy.
• Monitor and control utility bills, ensuring timely booking and payment.
• Assist in month-end close by preparing AP-related accruals.
• Track and allocate prepaid expenses and deposits appropriately.
