Experience and Qualifications

Experience : +6 years of SAP Experience in HCM Modules and ECP. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. To have a SAP Certification would be a plus. University degree. Strong fluency in English and in technical IT English.

Technical Skills and Payroll Knowledge

Strong knowledge on standard US & Mexican SAP payroll solutions, understanding of existing solutions with a different solution approach and experience in other countries is required. Knowledge and support on payroll processes to give orientation to business key users. Strong knowledge on payroll rules and schemas for analysis and construction of solutions. Knowledge and understanding ABAP and Social Security and Taxes users exits for solution analysis. Knowledge on taxes, social security, PTU, SDI, CFDi and all legal processes of US & Mexican payroll. Keeps contact with ABAP development team. SAP HR or ECP modules; SAP Certification on one of the modules mentioned is a plus. Solution Manager experience and knowledge is a plus. Concur experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analysis of business requirements, preparation of technical specifications, execution of unitary and regression tests. Interaction with multiple teams and colleagues. Work effectively with colleagues and business key users. Ability to interact with multiple teams and colleagues. Knowledge and support on payroll processes to give orientation to business key users.
