Purpose & Scope :
- Design optimal Value and Access strategies to get AFM portfolio included (and new indications) in institutional formularies (IMSS, IMSS Bienestar, ISSTE and OPDs).
- Deploy Value proposition and price strategy as key part of cross functional strategy for successful portfolio negotiations in consolidated purchase agenda.
- Coordinate Price strategy in Public and Private market from current portfolio and future launches.
- Close work with KAM and SFR teams to ensure rounded implementation of XKAM – OneKAM.
Essential Job Responbibilities :
Keep updated of new regulations that impact critical processes related with HTA, reimbursement and market access issues that impact business performance in short and long term.Coordinate cross-functional strategies to ensure timely submission and evaluation of new products - new indications by IMSS, ISSTE, IMSS Bienestar and OPDs.Orchestrate KDM engagement plans at national and local levels aiming to increase awareness, differentiation, and positive interactions within the institutions to get AFM portfolio approvals on planned timelines.Close interaction with HEOR and government affairs to enhance value of AFM portfolio submissions to National Council of Health and getting feedback for KDM along the dossier preparation.Key member of Core Brand Teams that represent Value-Max and Pricing strategy in business cases, LRR and IBP development and post launch activities.ONE KAM mindset and close collaboration with Market Access Lead in to enhance innovative value approaches and improve HE – RWE capabilities to improve qualifications of KAM teams and their impact on KDM and stakeholders.Active participation within area in promoting Values and Behaviors as part of cultural change and operational excellence.Qualifications : Required :
University degree on healthcare related areas or economy with deep knowledge of the Mexican Health System.Experience in the development of Value demonstration initiatives and negotiation of innovative appropriate commercial models.Ability to analyse and interpret regulations, contracting, legislation, rulemaking, policy advisory opinions.Project management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize with clear deliverables and tight milestones / deadlines.Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time including overnight tripsEnglish level over 80%.Preferred :
Post-graduate degree on business, economy, marketing.
