About the Role : Business Growth Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Actively seek new business opportunities in LATAM, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Conduct targeted outreach (emails, calls, messages) and schedule discovery calls.
- Qualify prospects and support commercial follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of partners to drive long-term business opportunities.
- Create and adapt sales materials (presentations, one-pagers, decks).
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records.
Requirements :
2+ years of experience in sales.Advanced conversational English (mandatory).Strong interest in sales, active prospecting, and client interaction.Interest in the financial sector.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.A competitive commission structure and quarterly performance bonus make this role attractive for motivated professionals.
