Role Objective We are looking for a SAP SD Consultant with strong experience in providing support, configurations, enhancements, and transaction analysis (with a strong emphasis on display mode transactions). This role will focus on troubleshooting, analysis, and improvements across sales and distribution processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for SAP SD processes and transactions. Perform configurations, enhancements, and transaction monitoring in display mode. Conduct analysis of purchase orders, segments, errors, and resolution steps . Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow . Work with iDox and SAP transactions (E16N and related tables) to perform detailed data analysis. Identify and resolve issues such as incomplete data, purchase orders, invoices, and related documents . Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure effective solutions. Technical Requirements Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) . Familiarity with iDox and SAP E16N transaction including related tables. Experience analyzing orders, invoices, and incomplete or erroneous data . Knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and service management. Solid understanding of purchase order flows, error handling, and corrective actions . Additional Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
