Hillstone Networks is growing in Mexico, and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a strong hunter profile to lead our commercial strategy for advanced cybersecurity solutions. If you’re passionate about technology, opening new opportunities, and working closely with strategic partners, this role is for you.

Position Objective :

Design and implement sales strategies to position and expand Hillstone’s cybersecurity solutions in the Mexican market, working closely with distributors, partners, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute territorial plans to drive sales in the assigned region.
• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and strategic allies to deliver a high-level commercial experience.
• Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting, qualification, proposal development (RFI / RFP), negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain a solid and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM, with clear and accurate forecasts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
