The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of high-quality projects and experiments aimed at boosting new user acquisition. This entails in-depth analysis of data from various teams and functions within the company, including Marketing, CRM, Paid, Product, and Credit. The goal is to gain a deep understanding of our products, user behavior, acquisition channels, and risk metrics.
Key responsibilities include identifying patterns and trends in complex data sets, interpreting insights, and generating recommendations for strategic decision-making. Additionally, this role involves designing and implementing advanced experiments based on exploratory data analysis, testing hypotheses related to new user acquisition, tracking results, and reporting findings with actionable recommendations.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can effectively communicate complex analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Strong collaboration skills are essential for working closely with marketing, product, credit / risk, and operations teams to anticipate analytics needs and quantify the impact of existing and future initiatives, projects, processes, products, or features on new user acquisition.
In order to achieve success, the Acquisition Growth Manager must possess exceptional analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong understanding of business operations.
