Key Responsibilities
Support the VP P&O NA & US in shaping and aligning the regional and US-specific P&O strategy.
Drive execution of strategic initiatives across both scopes, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Develop high-impact executive presentations and strategic communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Project & Program Management
Lead and manage cross-functional projects in organizational development, talent, and transformation.
Apply advanced project management tools and methodologies to ensure successful delivery.
Balance regional and US priorities, ensuring effective resource allocation and milestone tracking.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a connector between P&O NA / US and key stakeholders including Strategy, Communications, and the P&O Leadership Team.
Facilitate collaboration across functions and geographies, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
Support change management and internal communications efforts across the region and US.
Operational Excellence
Monitor progress against strategic goals and KPIs; identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
Prepare briefing materials, reports, and talking points for leadership engagements.
Continuously improve processes and ways of working across the P&O function.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or project management roles. HR background is preferred
Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization with regional and country-level scope.
Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, and HR strategy.
Executive-level PowerPoint and presentation design skills.
Advanced project and program management capabilities.
Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Assertive and confident communicator with high emotional intelligence.
Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
