We’re seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team and play a key role in managing administrative processes, contract handling, and client documentation. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to support a fast-moving team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and related documents.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and organize contract files for easy access and reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather information, track contract progress, and ensure timely execution.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including document management and data entry.
- Communicate with clients and vendors professionally and clearly regarding contracts and agreements.
- Support management with ad hoc administrative projects.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (essential).Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role (contract / agreements experience preferred).High attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Reliable laptop / computer and stable internet connection.Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience handling contracts or agreements .Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong time management skills and comfort with deadlines.Interview Process
