Customer Service Ambassador

This role involves being responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while multitasking and being prepared to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will possess flexibility in working hours, have at least one year of previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, and exhibit professional skills including proficiency in Windows PC applications.
Candidates must be able to type 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy and possess sensitive and articulate verbal and written communication skills in both English (advanced B2-C1) and Spanish. Additionally, they should have a high school diploma / GED or equivalent and be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
