We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager , as part of our Mexico Sales Team, based in our Mexico City office.
Your opportunity
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Key Accounts across the entire Mexico. You will build strong relationships with all external customers and internal stakeholders (Planning, Mktg, customer service, etc…), ensuring achievement of targets and exceptional service levels.
How you will contribute
- Manage and develop assigned accounts to maximize retail footprint & brand distribution
- Develop long-term strategies for brand portfolio, door penetration, and share of space
- Create best-selling assortments for customers using data-driven reporting
- Support sales processes from start to finish to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop strategies to increase sales & enhance sales-turn
- Analyze sales reports to ensure both internal and external targets are achieved, with the ability to forecast current and future business
- Grow existing accounts while consistently looking for new business opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional departments : planning, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless business growth
- Collaborate with customer service to manage order portfolios effectively
- Develop sales, marketing, and distribution strategies, as well as collaborate with brand management on product opportunities for growth
- Provide sales feedback before launches
- Manage programs for customer growth, including marketing initiatives, training, in-store displays, sell-out campaigns
- Lead market appointments, including business reviews, product presentations & assortment building, making recommendations based on sales performance and trends
- Regularly visit key markets to deliver product knowledge seminars, ensure visual merchandising standards, and promote brand awareness and worldwide strategy
- Represent the brand at all times, demonstrating professionalism
- Be proactive and willing to assist in all areas of the business
Requirements
