Job Description

SAP Test Manager will lead efforts to develop, execute, and manage comprehensive testing strategies for SAP projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and timely delivery of SAP testing tasks, collaborating closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure successful SAP implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans , test cases , and test scripts for SAP S / 4HANA rollout projects, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Coordinate with offshore project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Design and implement testing strategies aligned with project goals and business needs.
• Identify and document defects , track issues through resolution, and communicate testing results and status updates effectively.
• Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions for SAP system defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with testing best practices, methodologies , and industry standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar roles.

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for SAP.

Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
