🌟 About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Appointment Setter to join our collaborative, fast-paced team. This role involves high outbound call volume , generating qualified leads, re-engaging past prospects, and booking appointments for our sales team.
You’ll be working with schools, government agencies, and vendors in Ontario, Canada , helping restructure pricing and renew contracts. This is not a sales-closing role —your focus is lead qualification, scheduling, and keeping our pipeline active and organized.
💼 Key Responsibilities
📞 Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualify leads and assess needs
🎯 Generate new leads, re-engage past ones, and follow up on renewals
📅 Schedule appointments for sales representatives
🤝 Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a “people-first” approach
📝 Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and details in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
📊 Track and report call metrics, conversions, and follow-ups
📢 Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff
