⏰ Schedule : Full-Time (standard business hours, with flexibility)

💰 Compensation : Payroll 16K MXN - 20K MXN / / Direct 20K MXN - 24K MXN

(based on payroll / direct payment)

🌟 About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Sales Assistant to join our collaborative and fast-paced team. This role is crucial for our internal operations, providing essential administrative and operational support to our Sales and Customer Success teams.

You'll be the backbone of our sales cycle, ensuring a seamless process from the initial proposal to the final campaign delivery. This is not a client-facing role; your focus is on managing the details, coordinating tasks, and keeping our internal teams aligned and efficient.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sale Support : Assist with pre-sale activities like preparing proposal templates (RFPs), gathering data, and formatting sales decks for the team.
Post-Sale Operations : Manage post-sale tasks by entering campaign details into internal systems, monitoring active campaigns, and creating performance reports.
Coordination & Administration : Keep our CRM and tracking systems up to date, assist with scheduling, and facilitate effective internal communication across teams.

📘 Experience & Background Required

1–3 years in an operations, sales support, or similar administrative role.

Experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment is a plus.

🛠 Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.

Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM / project management tool is a strong advantage.

💬 Soft Skills

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proactive, reliable, and eager to support cross-functional teams.

An interest in the advertising, media, or technology industry is a bonus.
