It prepares, validates, and documents datasets; standardizes KPIs; and maintains executive-ready dashboards in partnership with IT.

The role performs descriptive and basic statistical analyses to surface trends, risks, and opportunities across people processes.

It also supports efficiency initiatives (light automation / RPA and process simplification) and drives adoption through clear communication and training.Essential Functions Activities include defining data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, analysis, modeling and visualization.Identifies areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes and lead the projects.Examines and identifies data patterns and trends to help answer business questions and improve decision making.Help curate content, run test prompts, capture feedback / metrics, and document learnings for HR AI use cases.Assist with simple workflows (RPA), template updates, and recurring automations.Configure models and core visuals in Power BI, coordinate with IT for advanced builds, schedule refreshes, and monitor performance / adoption.Job profileBachelor's degree in business administration engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related.Advanced English2 years in Analytics / BI or demonstrable project experience delivering Power BI dashboards, data cleaning / validation.Technical SkillsExcel (Required)AI / Copilot literacy : prompt design.
