Responsibilities

• Problem solving using methodologies such as : 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, DMAIC, 8D or related.
• Follow-up to problem solving projects and delivery of results according to the established KPIs.
• Lead problem solving projects from start to finish, provide updates and present the results to upper-management.
• Collaborate with internal departments by leading projects, and contributing with other areas to find effective solutions to problems.
