HPDC Tooling Leader

Objective

The position is needed for both product development and technical support of the HPDC tooling operation in Monterrey.

Main Responsibilities

• Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of die cast tools and equipment used in the die cast manufacturing process.
• Managing a team of engineers and designers, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality tooling.
• Creating and implementing tooling designs for new products, optimizing existing tooling for quality and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support development.
• Applying HPDC process engineering knowledge.
