Objective

The position is needed for both product development and technical support of the HPDC tooling operation in Monterrey.

Main Responsibilities

• Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of die cast tools and equipment used in the die cast manufacturing process.
• Manage a team of engineers and designers, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality tooling.
• Their duties include creating and implementing tooling designs for new product, optimizing existing tooling for quality and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support development.
• HPDC process engineering knowledge is required.
