Supervisor I, Production Planning,supervises daily activities of a large production planning coordinators / assistants to ensure that production schedules are met.

Manages work activities, monitors sthe tatus of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions.

Oversees processes to mitigate risk and ensure production targets are met.

Trains team members and contributes to performance evaluations.

Has accountability for the performance of the team.About The RoleCoaches and manages the daily work activities and may have accountability for the performance of the team.

Leads any changes that affect the team processes.

(10%)Other duties as assigned.About YouEducation : Bachelor or university degreeLeadership : Material Planners and BuyersOversee the execution of production orders.Coordinate with the production area on the quantity and type of parts to be manufactured.Ensure the purchasing department places purchase orders (POs) with suppliers on time.Monitor delivery progress.Communicate the status against the monthly plan to the business.Previous experience in production planning.Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle).

Effective collaboration with the purchasing department.Ability to manage critical situations (e.g., shortages, urgent needs).

Experience in cost-saving projects or continuous improvement initiatives.English communication skills.Strong ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
