About the Job
- Interview Coordination : Partner with TA Advisors and hiring managers to schedule and manage interviews (phone, onsite, and video) for local and non-local candidates. Coordinate travel arrangements, ensure compliance with internal policies, and follow up on reimbursements.
- Agency & Vendor Management : Act as the point of contact for external recruiting agencies, supporting vendor creation, contract and procurement reviews, documentation storage, and accurate / timely invoice processing.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive, professional experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from first contact to pre-onboarding preparation.
- Pre-Onboarding Support : Coordinate background checks, medical checks, and collection of new hire documentation.
- Systems & Data Integrity : Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Workday experience preferred).
- Collaboration : Partner cross-functionally with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to streamline recruitment processes and ensure efficient delivery of TA services.
- Internship & Branding Support : Contribute to attracting talent through internship programs and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Littelfuse’s position as an employer of choice.
- Administrative Support : Handle process improvements, recruitment reporting, compliance tracking, and additional TA-related projects as assigned.
About You
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required2–3 years of Recruiting Coordinator and / or Administrative Support experienceBilingual English / Spanish (required)Experience managing agency relationships, vendor set-up, and invoice processing (preferred)Proficiency with Workday or other applicant tracking systems (preferred)Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service focusMicrosoft Office Suite proficiencyAbility to thrive in a collaborative environment, work independently, and remain driven by objectives#J-18808-Ljbffr
