Determines design approaches and parameters.

Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.About The JobModifies and evaluates standard techniques, procedures and criteria to meet project requirements for new product development or enhancement.Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.Determine root cause analysis and testing activities to successfully meet requirements of project.Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements.Other duties as assigned.Problem Solving 8D Methodology.Desirable : Six Sigma, PPAP, Green Belt.Location : Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About YouBachelor or university degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, or Industrial.5+ years experience.English fluent.Strong knowledge of engineering practices.Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.Advanced knowledge in MS Office.Strong analytical skills.Strong communication skills.High attention to detail.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
