Are you a detail-driven finance professional passionate about cost strategy and operational excellence? This is a unique opportunity to lead cost accounting for a key manufacturing operation, directly influencing profitability and performance at a global scale. As a trusted finance partner, you’ll own standard costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis—while driving process improvements and mentoring junior talent.

What your day will look like :

  • Lead monthly close activities for cost accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Analyze cost variances and partner with operations to identify savings opportunities.
  • Oversee inventory valuation, audits, and fixed asset capitalization.
  • Build dashboards and models to support executive financial reporting.

    • What you’ll need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA / CMA preferred.
  • 5–7+ years in cost accounting within a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.
  • Strong understanding of inventory, standard costing, and cost analysis.
  • This position is onsite four days per week in Piedras Negras. Relocation assistance will be provided.
