We are seeking a highly organized and results‑driven Delivery Manager to join our team. This position provides the opportunity to manage challenging projects and foster cooperation across multiple departments. You will be instrumental in streamlining operations and supporting the continuous development of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for a team of 8–10 engineers
• Enhance collaboration between departments to maintain alignment on essential projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create actionable plans and oversee their execution
• Oversee the organization and delivery of significant initiatives, such as implementing RBAC in Azure
• Develop thorough strategies to engage teams, address challenges, and deliver effective solutions
• Advocate for the team in organizational and political matters, taking initiative when necessary
• Plan and implement adjustments to team structure to enable scalability and future expansion
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies to boost overall productivity
• Participate in the tertiary on‑call rotation to ensure team support
• Lead technical discussions and provide direction on system integration and workflow enhancements
