We are looking for a Client Device Management Engineer to join our team at MHP – A Porsche Company . In this role, you'll provide advanced technical support to end users within a global, fast-paced environment, helping resolve escalated incidents and service requests. You will work across various client device platforms and enterprise technologies, becoming a key player in ensuring seamless IT operations.
Deliver 2nd-level IT support (on-site, remote, phone, email) for escalated incidents and requests.Manage and maintain systems for end-user device management, including OS upgrades and patching.Evaluate and test existing systems; recommend proactive improvements and new technologies.Maintain and update the IT Knowledge Base and service request models.Escalate complex issues to third-party vendors (Apple, Microsoft, etc.).Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of experience in 2nd-level IT user support .Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team .Hands-on experience with macOS , Windows 10 / 11 , and iOS devices.Solid experience in end-user device management , OS / software deployment and packaging tools (e.g., Jamf , Intune , PatchMyPC ).Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 , Azure , and Active Directory / Entra ID (user / group management).Nice-to-Haves :
Experience with security and support tools like Microsoft Defender , Zscaler , TeamViewer .Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, vbscript, cscript).#J-18808-Ljbffr
