Salary : $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, dependent on Location and Experience.

Human Made is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to join its global team.

This is a remote position and is open to applications based in the Americas region, with EST time coverage.

Role & Responsibilities

As an Agile Delivery Lead, you'll balance project delivery with strategic team leadership, guiding distributed teams to deliver exceptional WordPress-based projects for enterprise clients.

• Manage each project's scope and timeline.
• Create and maintain a team culture that facilitates shared responsibility for successful delivery.
• Guide and coach the team on principles and practices of the agile framework.
• Work with the squad to define and refine project scope, estimates, and resource requirements.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops to establish project needs and relationships.
• Facilitate meetings to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them.
• Assess the time and financial impact of scope changes and communicate to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Identify when to use experiments for learning and solutioning.
• Be commercially aware : understand the status of the budget of your projects and report on them.
• Allocate project needs in conjunction with squad composition.
• Facilitate wider engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and partners engaged in delivery.
• Build partnership relationships with clients, understanding their business imperatives.
• Lead the squad or team, communicating regularly and handling difficult conversations.
• Use data to allow the team and wider business to make critical decisions.
• Develop creative and technical judgment and strive for high quality output.
• Share progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Conduct team reviews and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
• Endorse and present appropriate metrics to sustain continuous improvement and report progress.
